Original 1930's Art Deco Silver & Enamel Coffee Spoons cased Sheffield 1934
Original 1930's Art Deco Silver & Enamel Coffee Spoons - Cased - Lee & Wigfull. Virtually no use marks to the silver and the blue enamel on each spoon is also unmarked. These are a set with all 6 spoons having the same hallmark on the back of each bowl. I believe the case is the original as the spoons including the deco diamond shapes at the top of each one fit perfectly into their respective'indents'. The case itself has seen better days it is scuffed and marked on the outside and inside is grubby but it does close solidly and the button release on the front works perfectly. Each spoon measures 9.5 cms total length. The bowl measures just over 3 cm in length and approx 2 cm wide at the widest point. The enamelled'diamond' shape decoration at the end of the handle measures approx 2 cm in length and approx 8 mm wide at the widest point. Each spoon weighs approx 7 gms and the total weight of all 6 spoons is 41 gms.

There appears to be very slight differences on the'bend' between the handle and bowl but this is only noticeable if you lie the spoons'face down'. If anyone has any questions, please contact me and I will answer as best as possible.
